I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, professionally registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
I offer short-term time-limited work as well as long-term psychotherapy to adult and adolescent clients in a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment. This includes support for difficulties associated with, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, eating problems, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, medically unexplained symptoms, grief and bereavement, and unresolved childhood issues. I also provide supervision to trainee and qualified psychologists, and consultation to GPs to advise on how best to support their patients’ mental health needs.
My consulting room is within easy reach of Wimbledon and surrounding areas and sessions can be offered in various arrangements depending on your needs. This includes face-to-face, telephone, and online therapy.
Working with diverse presenting problems including, but not limited to:
Anxiety, depression, eating problems, medically unexplained symptoms, chronic fatigue/ME, chronic pain, grief and bereavement, adjustment disorders, unresolved childhood issues, attachment issues, interpersonal difficulties, relationship issues, personality disorders, infertility, miscarriage, donor conception, adoption, sexuality, LGBTQ+ related concerns, gender dysphoria, low self-esteem, pregnancy and birth, pre and post-natal depression and anxiety.
Based in South West London
My consulting room is based close to Wimbledon Common, within easy reach of Wimbledon, Raynes Park, and Wimbledon Village. If attending in person, the premises are accessible by public transport, or there is off road parking.
